normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>ink1">    本招標項目 壽陽明泰2×35萬千瓦低熱值煤熱電新建項目原水預處理車間施工工程 已由 山西省發展和改革委員會 以晉發改能源發〔2015〕410號 批準批準建設， 該項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目進行公開招標。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.1項目概況：壽陽明泰2×35萬千瓦低熱值煤熱電新建項目原水預處理車間施工工程

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.2招標范圍：

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.2.1土建工程：原水預處理車間平面軸線尺寸18m×48m，跨度18m，柱距6.0m，凈高9.00m，房間總高12.9m；再生水調節水池及生活蓄水池分別為1000m3和300m3。車間主要承重結構體系為單層鋼筋混凝土排架，維護結構采用蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊和燒結多孔磚。屋蓋系統采用18m，跨梯形鋼屋架6×1.5m預應力混凝土屋面板。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.2.2設備安裝調試：原水預處理系統處理能力為2×200m3/h，生活凈水處理系統處理能力為2×5m3/h，負責原水預處理系統安裝和調試。除原水預處理系統設備及起吊設備，其他均由投標方提供，包括但不限于建筑附屬設備：暖通、照明、配電箱、電纜、電纜橋架、包塑軟管、管道等，接管至建(構)筑物外1米處，水池進水管道、溢流水管道接口為進水閥門井、溢流井外1米處。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.3 計劃工期：120日歷天，開工日期以業主批復的開工報告日期為準。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.4 質量：

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>安全環保標準：安全目標實現 “五個零”（不發生重傷及以上事故、直接經濟損大于20萬元的設備機械事故、火災事故、場內交通、垮塌事故）；不發生惡性未遂事故，力爭輕傷事故為零；不發生環境污染事故，不發生群體中毒事件，不產生職業病患者；不發生大面積傳染病；做好水土保持工作；安健環設施實現“三同時”，氣、水、聲、渣達標排放。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1 投標人須是中華人民共和國境內的獨立企業法人或其他組織；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.2 投標人須具備電力工程施工總承包壹級及以上資質，并具有有效的安全生產許可證；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.3 業績：2017年1月1日至今(以合同簽訂時間為準）具有至少以下業績之一：

（1）1項火力發電廠原水預處理（或者化學水處理）工程施工業績或總承包工程業績；

（2）1項火力發電廠建設工程業績，工程內容包含原水預處理（或者化學水處理）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>注：本項目只接受投標人的資質和業績，母子公司等資質業績均不得互相借用。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>（業績證明材料：提供相關合同、竣工驗收證明文件（或業主開具的投運證明），并能夠體現招標文件要求的各項信息；如合同不能完整體現全部證明信息，還需提供合同配套的技術協議等資料。證明材料必須在投標文件中附相應的清晰影印件或掃描件。）

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.4 擬派項目經理：具備注冊建造師執業資格，且具備有效的建安B本（注冊單位應為投標人，開標當天以“全國建筑市場監管公共服務平臺”網站查詢結果為準）；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.5 專職安全員要求：具備有效的建安C本；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.6 單位負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關系的不同單位，不得參加同一標段的投標；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.7 信譽要求：

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>（1）投標人沒有在河北建設投資集團 及招標人的供應商評價中被列入黑名單或處于觀察期內；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>（2）投標人不得在“信用中國”網站（ /)中被列入失信被執行人名單（以開標當天查詢情況為準）；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>（3）投標人未被工商行政管理機關在“國家企業信用信息公示系統”中列入嚴重違法失信企業名單（以開標當天查詢情況為準）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.8 本項目不接受聯合體投標。
