normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>三、投標人資格要求

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.1投標人須為中華人民共和國境內注冊的獨立法人或其他組織，具有合法有效的營業執照，并在人員、設備、資金具有同類貨物的供貨能力。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.2所投產品須滿足如下要求：

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>第一標段（調壓箱及調壓柜）具有有效的相關特種設備制造許可證（壓力容器）、特種設備生產許可證（壓力管道元件）限燃氣調壓裝置；

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>第十標段（灶具連接用不銹鋼軟管）所投產品須具有檢驗機構出具的檢驗報告；

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.3投標人具有良好的財務狀況并具有依法繳納稅收的良好記錄。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.4投標人未被工商行政管理機關在國家企業信用信息公示系統中列入嚴重違法失信企業名單。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.5投標人未被最高人民法院在“信用中國”網站或各級信用信息共享平臺中列入失信被執行人名單。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.6投標人及其法定代表人在中國裁判文書網查詢無行賄犯罪記錄。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.7單位負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關系的不同單位不得同時參加本次投標。
