normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.1項目規模：該項目全長750米，道路全長560米，雨水管線東起首邑路，西至楊興河，并結合道路其他現狀市政管線及現狀道路狀況，對道路進行相應改造。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>建設內容：包括排水工程、道路工程、照明工程、電力工程、聯建工程、交通工程等，施工圖紙及工程量清單范圍內的全部工程施工。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>建設 其中，投標人擬派項目經理須具備市政公用工程專業二級及以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書（B證），且未擔任其他在施建設工程項目的項目經理。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>   3.2單位負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關系的不同單位，不得同時對本項目提出投標申請，否則投標無效；
