normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.1、符合《中華人民共和國招標投標法》的有關規定并為國內注冊獨立法人;

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.2、建設行政主管部門頒發的電力工程施工總承包二級及以上資質；具備有效的安全生產許可證；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.3、項目經理：具備機電工程專業二級及以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格B證，且未擔任其他在施建設工程項目的項目經理；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.4、投標人具有良好的商業信譽，沒有處于被吊銷營業執照、吊銷資質、停業整頓、取消投標資格以及財產被接管、凍結或進入破產程序等；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.5、投標人若中標本項目后，如因質量、工期等問題被相關職能部門及上級單位通報，招標人有權單方終止該項目。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.6、投標人負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關系的不同單位，不得同時參加該項目投標，若出現此類情況，投標人自行承擔其法律后果；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.7投標人、法定代表人近年無行賄犯罪記錄；投標人在信用中國網站未被列入失信被執行人名單；在國家企業信用信息公示系統未被列入嚴重違法失信企業名單；
