normal style='line-height:24.0pt;layout-grid-mode:char'>項目規模：陽曲縣教育園區基礎設施連接道路改造工程（黃泥旅游公路）為城市主干路，全長14081.466m，項目分為陽曲改造段和黃泥改造段。陽曲改造段項目起點接108國道，起點樁號K0+000，沿現有線位北側加寬，過龍王溝水庫后起坡，跨越現狀楊興河橋、迎春水庫后進入現狀土塬臺地，向西跨大運高速后在下安村和宋莊村之間接入，終點在大西客專橋下，終點樁號為K3+600，道路全長3600m，屬拓寬改造工程，局部段落完全新建。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>黃泥改造段起點接陽曲改造段，樁號為K3+600，過大西客專后在南北郁利村之間向西翻越山嶺，沿土橋溝北側爬坡翻越山嶺，在泥屯山北側向西延伸，在泥屯村和縣道221形成T型交叉，并設置了紅綠燈。終點樁號K14+081.466。樁號K3+600～K11+600，規劃路寬為27m。工程內容包括：道路工程、橋梁工程、排水工程、給水工程、照明工程、交通工程、熱力工程、電力電信工程和綠化工程等，不含燃氣工程。
