深能庫爾勒熱力有限公司冬季供暖運行主要設(shè)備有：公司所屬一級供熱管網(wǎng)、中繼泵站、隔壓泵站、換熱站、二級供熱管網(wǎng)及熱源設(shè)備，本項目對上述供暖運行的設(shè)備及設(shè)施等進行巡檢、維護、維修、更換、外網(wǎng)運行輔助以及搶修工作。
自2025-2026年供暖期打水試壓之日起至供暖結(jié)束止（即2025年10月15日至2026年4月15日），具體以招標(biāo)方通知時間為準(zhǔn)。所有搶修過的點位沒有徹底處理完的，必須在停暖后于2026年5月31日前全部修復(fù)完畢。搶修現(xiàn)場須在2個工作日內(nèi)進行清理及恢復(fù)。

2025-2026年供暖期換熱站及一、二次供熱管網(wǎng)搶修、運維項目分為外網(wǎng)運維及搶修二部分，主要內(nèi)容如下：
1、外網(wǎng)運維：公司所屬一級供熱管網(wǎng)、二級供熱管網(wǎng)、中繼泵站及換熱站設(shè)備，具體包括管線、閥門、水泵、板換、除污器清理及水處理設(shè)備、電氣設(shè)備等的巡檢、維護、維修、更換及外網(wǎng)運行的輔助工作。
2、搶修：
1）公司所屬一級供熱管網(wǎng)設(shè)備、中繼泵站、隔壓泵站、換熱站管線及附屬設(shè)備、二級供熱管網(wǎng)設(shè)備、供熱小區(qū)管網(wǎng)、熱源設(shè)備，具體包括管道、補償器、閥門、固定墩、三通、彎頭、大小頭、止回閥、安全閥、閥井修復(fù)、井蓋破損更換、水泵、除污器、自來水管道、排污管、及輔助設(shè)備等的搶修、更換。公司所屬供熱站、換熱站、隔壓泵站和中繼泵站的電纜、架空線路及變壓器、高壓柜等設(shè)備的搶修、更換。
2）搶修包含土建工程、拆除及安裝工程。工程主材由招標(biāo)方負(fù)責(zé)提供，即除閥門法蘭及緊固件、管道、井蓋、設(shè)備及配件外，本工程其他材料均由投標(biāo)方負(fù)責(zé)。土建工程和安裝工程費用不另行計取（即10立方米及10立方米以內(nèi)的地坪破除、土方開挖、地坪恢復(fù)（含瀝青、人行道板磚）；包含接口保溫；材料、機械設(shè)備、工具及垃圾運輸費等費用不另行計取）。
3）土建包含固定墩臨時處理，如路面塌陷、漏水引導(dǎo)、安全防護等處理；不包含固定墩恢復(fù)。
4）冬季無法恢復(fù)的土建工程，3-5月份具備恢復(fù)條件時處理。
5）如搶修工程無法徹底消缺的，由招標(biāo)方批準(zhǔn)，進行臨時處理，確保供熱。當(dāng)次搶修不具備時效性的，則招標(biāo)方另行委托單位實施當(dāng)次搶修，所產(chǎn)生的費用根據(jù)實際工程量由投標(biāo)方承擔(dān)。
6）搶修時所需要使用到的柴油發(fā)電機由投標(biāo)方自行配備。
7）嚴(yán)格按照招標(biāo)方制定的搶修方案進行施工。
8）搶修主材及應(yīng)急所需發(fā)電機由投標(biāo)方配車?yán)\到招標(biāo)方指定地點。
