A．如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；
如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；
The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined？certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B.？投標人應(yīng)為所投產(chǎn)品（分析儀系統(tǒng)/分析小屋）的制造商。如果投標人是制造廠商所在集團內(nèi)負責銷售的公司，投標人應(yīng)提供聲明，說明投標人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團，負責投標貨物的銷售工作。
The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the products (analyzer？system/analysis cabin). ？If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant documents to prove that the sales company is within the same group as the Manufacturer and it is responsible for the sales of the bid goods.

（3）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:
2015年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標文件應(yīng)同時滿足以下業(yè)績要求（可接受以下兩項要求同時體現(xiàn)在一個合同）：
（1）投標人所投的色譜分析儀的制造商具有至少1個在中國境內(nèi)環(huán)氧乙烷/乙二醇（EO/EG）裝置或環(huán)氧乙烷（EO）裝置的合同業(yè)績，單個合同包含不少于3臺色譜分析儀；
（2）投標人具有至少1個在中國境內(nèi)分析小屋系統(tǒng)集成的合同業(yè)績，單個合同中色譜分析儀數(shù)量不少于3臺。
同一集團全球范圍內(nèi)不同制造商（即同一集團旗下的全資子公司或控股子公司或制造工廠）制造的色譜分析儀的業(yè)績，視為投標人所投色譜分析儀的制造商的業(yè)績；投標人應(yīng)提供說明函，說明本次所投色譜分析儀的制造商與滿足上述業(yè)績要求的產(chǎn)品制造商屬于同一集團。
From January 1st, 2015？to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the tender documents should simultaneously meet the following performance requirements？（If the following two requirements are in one same contract, it can be accepted.）：
(1)？The manufacturers？of the chromatographic analyzer submitted by the bidder must have at least one contract performance of EO/EG？or EO？plant in China, with each contract containing not less than three？chromatographic analyzers;
(2)？The bidder must have at least one contract performance of system integration of analytical cabins in China, with not less than three？chromatographic analyzers in a single contract.
The performance of the chromatographic analyzer？submitted by different manufacturers within the same group (i.e., wholly-owned subsidiaries, holding subsidiaries or manufacturing plants under the same group) is regarded as the performance of the manufacturer of thechromatographic analyzer？submitted by the bidder; the bidder should provide an explanatory letter to state that the manufacturer of the chromatographic analyzer？submitted in this bid and the manufacturer of the chromatographic analyzer？meeting the above performance requirements belong to the same group.

投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件。投標人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱、色譜儀數(shù)量等。
若業(yè)績合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個年度協(xié)議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應(yīng)的到貨驗收材料均算為1個有效業(yè)績。
The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract.？The？reference evidence documents furnished by？Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods,？the number of chromatographs.
If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence？under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.
未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或通過所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法認定滿足上述業(yè)績要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績。？
If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
