投標人應具備的資格或業(yè)績:對投標人的資格和業(yè)績要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder: （1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務登記證及組織機構代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 本次招標不接受代理商投標。
投標人應為本次投標所投產(chǎn)品的制造商。
如投標人為制造商同一集團負責銷售投標所投產(chǎn)品的全資子公司、控股子公司（投標人應提供制造商或其上級公司證明上述事項的證明文件），則視投標人為制造商。
不能再將此貨物同時授權給其他投標人參與投標，否則相關的所有投標將被拒絕。
Bid by Agent is not accepted. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bidding products. If the bidder is a wholly-owned subsidiary or holding subsidiary of the same group as the manufacturer responsible for sales of the bidding products, the bidder shall provide relevant evidence documents from the manufacturer or its superior company to prove the above matters, and in such case the bidder shall be deemed as the manufacturer. The bidding goods cannot be authorized to other bidders to participate in this bidding at the same time, otherwise all related bids will be rejected.C. 是否接受聯(lián)合體投標：否C. Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Allowed （2）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:??2015年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人所投激光氧分析儀（主儀器，不含吹掃單元等）的制造商至少具有1個在中國境內(nèi)應用于聚碳酸酯(PC)裝置，且單個合同激光氧分析儀數(shù)量不少于5臺的供貨業(yè)績。
??From January 1st, 2015 to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the Laser Oxygen Analyzer (the instrument itself, not the system, without blowing unit and etc.) supplied in the bid shall have at least?one supply performance of Laser Oxygen Analyzer for PC Unit within P.R.China, and meet the requirement that the supply quantity of Laser Oxygen Analyzer in a single contract is not less than 5 sets.??投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關業(yè)績證明文件。
業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復印件。
投標人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應有雙方簽字或蓋章）、激光氧分析儀制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱、貨物數(shù)量及用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料。
若業(yè)績合同為年度協(xié)議/框架協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議/框架協(xié)議外，還應提供相應的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號應與年度協(xié)議/框架協(xié)議相關聯(lián)。
同一個年度協(xié)議/框架協(xié)議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應的到貨驗收材料均算為1個有效業(yè)績。
The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract and 2) acceptance evidence of goods delivery. The reference evidence documents furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), manufacturer name of Laser Oxygen Analyzer, name of the plant, name and quantity of the goods and acceptance evidence of goods delivery signed or sealed by the user.If the performance contract is an framework agreement/annual agreement, in addition to providing the framework agreement/annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the framework agreement/annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence under the same framework agreement/annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或通過所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法認定滿足上述業(yè)績要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績。
If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
