normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%'>2)投標(biāo)人在購買招標(biāo)文件前須在深圳能源集團電子招標(biāo)投標(biāo)平臺完成注冊登記并審核通過，投標(biāo)人要為注冊登記預(yù)留足夠的時間，由于投標(biāo)人自身原因，截至招標(biāo)文件發(fā)售時間尚未完成注冊登記審核，造成無法及時進行標(biāo)書獲取，后果由投標(biāo)人自行承擔(dān)。
